A UC Davis cultivar, this variety is very high yielding and has an outstanding flavor with a distinct sweet aftertaste. Monterey is currently the dominant variety in California.

Originating from UC Davis in 2008, this variety has slightly larger fruit & produces greater individual-plant yield compared to other day-neutral cultivars.

Released by UC Davis in 2006, Albion has an excellent flavor making it good for both fresk market and processing. It's a high-yielding cultivar with robust runners & stalks.

A UC Variety, San Andreas typically yields a high-quality fruit early in the season. This variety also has a strong disease resistance, making it a popular option for organic growers. 

Newly released by UC Davis, this variety produces a firmer fruit supporting excellent post harvest keeping qualities. Additionally, it has a significant reduction of runners during the growing season.

A new cultivar from UC Davis, this variety excels in the southernmost day neutral growing regions of California due to its early fruiting response. The plant is vigorous & yields a large, firm fruit. 

Another new UC Davis cultivar, Moxie is a high-yielding variety that performs best in fall production systems. Moxie produces significantly fewer runners and produces firmer fruit.

Realesed in 2023, Keystone is a mid to late-season day nuetral variety with excellent post-harvest qualities. Production equals that of Monterey/Cabrillo, but it has a stronger disease resistance profile compared to most previous UC releases. 

Also released in 2023, Golden Gate is an early to mid-season day nuetral variety with higher production relative to UC's four main day nuetrals. Additionally, this variety has resistances to Fusarium, Verticillium, and Phytophthora.

Perhaps CBC's most popular day nuetral variety, Altruas has acheived strong yield results in both the central and northern california regions. It has a strong disease resistance package and adaptive growing characteristics.

Artesia is recognized for its strong results in organic growing systems, as it offers a robust disease resistance profile which allows for more marketable fruit in chemical-free gorwing environments.

Offering a different production cycle than Alturas, Carpinteria is a newly released high-yielding cultivar from CBC that shows strong resustance to Fusarium.
