Another UC variety, Portola isan extreme day-neutral variety with a strong flowering response that is especially well adapted to spring & summer planting systems. Portola is currently the most popular summer planted culitvar in California.

Released in 2023, this variety is an extreme day nuetral that has received the most hype out of all the new cultivars, and rightfully so. It significantly outproduces portola, and has a stronger disease resistance profile.
